What goes into your price
Item types, volume, and weight come from your photos and the list you confirm.
Flights of stairs, long carries, and tricky access are settled before anyone heads out.
Your pickup window and local availability are shown clearly before you commit.
Your price covers the confirmed load and disposal at a licensed facility, receipt included.

Every price includes
Loading the confirmed items, transport, licensed disposal, and cleanup. Rubble from building work (concrete, brick, tile) is weight-priced and flagged before you book — never a surprise.
A hauler can propose a change only with on-site evidence, and you decide before loading.
No mystery 'disposal surcharge' or 'fuel fee' bolted on at the end.
Haulers are paid fairly by design; a tip is a bonus, never a top-up.
Your card is charged when the junk is gone.
Before anyone drives over
Your hauler documents the difference and explains it. You can accept the updated price or keep the original job as booked. Nothing extra gets loaded or charged quietly.
Your payment method secures the booking. You’re charged only after the pickup is completed and documented, exactly as shown at checkout.
Your price depends on your photos, your access details, your location, and your timing. Keeping it in your account means no misleading public estimates, and nobody else sees your pickup details.
Yes. Your price is set from your photos and locked before a hauler is dispatched. Unlike the on-site-estimate model, it doesn't change once the truck arrives — the only exception is if the actual pile is materially different from the photos, in which case you approve any change before any work happens.
No. The price covers loading, the truck, licensed disposal, and cleanup. Rubble from building work is weight-priced and flagged upfront. There are no surprise disposal, fuel, or service charges.
No. Zeft haulers are paid fairly on every job, so tipping is never expected. If a hauler goes above and beyond, a tip is welcome but entirely optional.
