Delete your Zeft account
You can delete your account yourself from the Zeft app or the website. Sign in, open your account, choose Delete account, then confirm with your password and the word DELETE.
What happens
Your access is revoked immediately. We remove your name, email, phone, saved addresses and device tokens. If you are a hauler, we erase profile, payout and identity fields and remove uploaded-document database records; unreferenced stored files then enter the automated storage-retention cleanup.
Completed-job records, payment references, receipts, job photos and dispute evidence may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, financial, dispute or safety obligations. They are no longer available as an active account and are not used to keep marketing to you. An active pickup, unsettled payment or payout, or open dispute must be completed first.
If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account.
If you messaged Zeft on WhatsApp
Deleting your account does not by itself delete a WhatsApp conversation with Zeft. To ask us to delete it, including the photos and voice notes you sent, email [email protected] and tell us the WhatsApp name or number you messaged from. Deleting the chat in your own WhatsApp app does not delete our copy. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep from WhatsApp.
